l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 esdev\u00e9 un <b>punt de suport, informaci\u00f3 i acompanyament<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Oferim <b>programes espec\u00edfics<\/b> per a que les persones amb X Fr\u00e0gil puguin portar a terme el seu <b>projecte de vida<\/b> afavorint la <b>socialitzaci\u00f3 i l\u2019autonomia<\/b>, organitzem tamb\u00e9 <b>tallers <\/b>tant per a familiars com per a les persones afectades o
